Shipping Options and Return Policy

We are dedicated to giving you a unique shopping experience. Products are inspected carefully for defects before shipment.


Damaged items will be replaced or a store credit will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will accept your returned merchandise within 3 days after the delivery date of your order. 

Our return policy does not cover accidental damage caused by the customer.


How long does shipping take?
Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. Ask about International orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided to you by email.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jill@RSVPForCredentials.com to begin the process.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
