These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RSVPForCredentials.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or complete a purchase.
Site content
The Site provides editorial, entertainment, cultural, and shopping content. Content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes and may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that every item will remain available or that all content will be error-free.
Orders and payment
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment processing is provided by the payment methods displayed at checkout and is also subject to the provider’s terms.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers and events outside our control. Any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund terms displayed on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, or a separate store policy form part of these Terms. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
